PopPidgeon
That's my second game, I didn't fully finish it so don't expect something pretty and nice ;) but I'm sure you will have some fun time
PopPidgeon is a simple platform game that you goal is to pop all the bubbles on the screen, while avoiding colliding with it.
Controls:
- - WASD/Arrows = Move and jump
- - Space/RMB = Shoot hook
- -Ctrl + R: Secret cheat
Gameplay Tips:
- - Your goal is to shoot all the bubbles, when you are stanidng still and shoot the hook, it will go upwards. Moving to left or right will shoot the hook to that direction. If you press S the hook will always go downwards, usefui in some levels
- - When fully popped, the bubble has a 10% chance of dropping a pickup.
- - When you collect all the coins in the level, you earn a extra health
- - You start with 5 lives, when it gets to zero, the game ends
- - You have 2:00 minutes to complete each level
- - There is a total of 12 levels!
Pickups:
- - Sleep: freezes player input for 5 seconds
- - Heart: grants an extra life to the player
- - Bomb: kills the player
- - Gift: pops a random ball
- - Flower: slows down all the balls for 5 seconds
- - Diamond: makes player invincible for 5 seconds
- - Time: adds 30 seconds to the level timer

Parabens pelo jogo, dá pra ver que tú está evoluindo bastante de jogo pra jogo, isso é massa. Esse jogo me lembrou de alguma forma super mario 2 do yosh.
Gostei muito da mecanica do jogo, achei interessante e criativo.
Segue alguns itens que podem incrementar o jogo:
Pop Pidgeon is a short [but very fun] game made in just a few days by a single person.
It's a clone of the bubble games you'd find on flash game websites as a kid and it replicates them very well, except it gives it's own spin with a beautifully pixelated pidgeon.
Although the art isn't original it still fits very well and the whole game has a solid and consistent pixel game aesthetic. The mix of simple linear graphics such as for the bubbles and level design mixed in with the pixel background pidgeon blend very well together, achieving a unique look and feel.
The gameplay is classic bubble style game stuff except with a few unique features, such as directional hook, hook stopping passing bubbles, power ups, limited lived, splitting bubbles and more, all these features work very well together and give it interesting gameplay
Entire game has a really nice feel when it comes to movement and the actual gameplay, its simple but very responsive, which is what matters
The music has a nice vibe, there's multiple tracks that all fit the game quite well, although the game lacks any sound effects the music makes up for it

Very fun experience, the difficulty is pretty good and solid all throughout, level design is solid too with each level having something unique that makes it stand out and makes it feel different gameplay wise, a unique quirk for each you could say, very nice, the power ups are hard to tell apart but they provide a nice change and keep you on your toes, all mechanics are good, good design, good everything, no real issues, solid experience, needs minor polish otherwise it's a finished product, more finished than most modern games definitely

Minha Avaliação Sincera
Primeiramente, o jogo em si é legal, eu gostei eu teria jogado todos os níveis senão fosse esses malditos controles horríveis que tu botou.
Gostei do fato de que a corda do gancho acaba servindo como muro, e as bolhas ricocheteiam nela, só que achei o tempo que ela existe muito curto.
Os Controles
Cara, jamais inove nos controles (exceto se teu jogo tiver uma mecânica inovadora).
Todo mundo está acostumado a usar espaço para pulo em jogos de plataforma, e tu mete atirar no espaço e pulo no W, isso não é intuitivo.
Isso me fez morrer um monte de vezes, morri mais por conta dos controles do que por conta da dificuldade do jogo, a solução que achei foi evitar ao máximo usar o pulo.
Os Gráficos
Primeiramente, tem pixelart ai que está com bilinear/trilinear ativo (background e personagem), o chão não combina com o estilo artístico do resto, e as cores também não combinam entre si.
Não consegui chegar até o fim devido aos benditos controles, mas pelo que pude ver também faltou um certo contraste do personagem com o fundo.
A tua UI tem um quadrado preto, que entendi a utilidade, mas não é muito legal tacar um quadrado preto na ui, png de fundo transparente tá ai pra evitar isso né...
Sons
Musicas legais, boa escolha.
Mas falta mais sons de feedback, o jogador morreu ? cade um som de game over ? peguei uma moeda ? cadê o som ? peguei o treco estranho q me deixou imóvel por um tempo ? cadê o som ?
